A shift from "query based" search results to "entity focused" search results on Google (for some searches at least)? linkedin.com

Previously Google would highlight the search terms in the “ten blue” link exerpts. For the Google search results for the phrase “best medical university in america” in my browser (I’m located in the UK), the “ten blue” link exerpts mostly highlight in bold the name of the entity named “best medical university in america” in the AI Overview at the top: Harvard Medical School.
