You’re absolutely right—this feature isn’t live everywhere yet. In India, it’s currently visible to only a few Google Business Profiles, but we expect it to roll out more broadly soon. Thanks for sharing your insights!
This feature is available on some GBP’s which I’m managing for UAE based local businesses.
