How to handle content duplication on en-us and en-gb

Hi all,
Currently I am working on an international seo website, I am facing a slight problem in displaying different content on different country pages.
Example:
1: abc.com/en-us/collections/dress-page/
2: abc.com/en-pk/collections/dress-page/
3: abc.com/en-ae/collections/dress-page/
The content which is live on “en-us” is displaying on all the other versions. I just want to show it in the U.S region not in any other region to prevent duplication and on other regions I will publish different content ( targeting different keywords ).
I really need help on this topic please. I have read many articles but unable to find the solution.

Hello Saad,
From what you mention it seems that you know you need to feature different content across the different country versions of the pages, but you don’t know how to do it? This doesn’t seem to be an SEO issue per se, but a restriction of the platform. I suggest you to check the CMS or plugin internationalization features to see if they allow you to update/change each independently.
